The financing of the business company can be accomplished of two ways: either by augmenting equity, or debts. If they except hybrid modes of financing in effect, a business company having the needs of fund has only these two resolutions. Call the stockholders or borrow. The object of this sequence consists in the choice between these two forms of financing. Every businessman confronted with this dilemma, question settles besides. Is it better to issue new actions or to borrow?
If the first resolution does not increase the rate of debt of the firm, therefore its risk, it remains however costly. So this book, try to give answer to this above question.
About the Author
Mr. NDAGANO FIDELE was born in Nyamilima in the territory of Rutshuru in the Democratic Republic of Congo. After his university studies at the Free University of the Great Lakes, where he successfully obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and management, option: business management; He pursued his postgraduate training at the Free University of Kigali (ULK) where he obtained his master’s degree in financial management (Master of Business Finance). Married to Raïssa KIFULO MULOHWE, he is currently a permanent teacher at ULPGL-GOMA and a visiting teacher at the Bilingual Christian University in Congo (UCBC-Beni), the Adventist University of Goma (UAGO), the University of Conservation of Kasugho Nature (UCNDK), etc.
